Description
Urschel RA stainless steel dicer/slicer designed for continuous precision cutting and size reduction applications in food processing operations. Unit features elevated discharge configuration with top-mounted drive assembly, stainless steel product feed hopper, stainless steel control enclosure, and open-frame support stand with casters for portability. Includes interchangeable cutting assemblies with slicing knives, circular knife spindle assemblies, and crosscut/tipped blades for producing uniform dices, strips, and slices. Approximate discharge height is 48". Suitable for processing vegetables, fruits, potatoes, meats, cheeses, and similar food products requiring high throughput and repeatable cut consistency.
