Description
Stephan Machinery TK Combi cut Mixer, Model TK 300-S, Stainless Steel Drum capacity 300 Liters, batch size: 100-220 Liters. Capacity (dependent on product) up to 1200 Liters per hour. Non jacketed drum approximate 35.25" diameter x 20-3/8" deep. Hinged front door with mixing baffle and scraper blade, missing scraper. Top mounted ingredients hopper, 18" x 10.75" bottom outlet (missing cover). Maximum operating temperature 95 degrees Celsius or 203 degrees Fahrenheit. Missing knife assembly and discharge cover assembly. Motor # 3292398, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 460 Volts. Machine number 721.150.01. Built 1993.
