used- stephan cutter / high speed universal horizontal vacuum mixer, stainless steel. jacketed 29" diameter x 17" deep ss bowl. hydraulic slide gate discharge 12" x 10". driven by a 15 kw drive, with stephan stainless steel hopper 32" x 12" straight side x 22" cone. pneumatic butterfly valve, stephan incline discharge conveyor, 24" wide x 80", discharge, with control panel. serial # 718781. no tag on the mixer, but it appears to look like a model tk150. used for dough/ bakery.
