The 60” x .070" x 30,000 Lbs. Rowe/Herr-Voss Cut-To-Length Line is a versatile and efficient system engineered for precision cutting. This used machinery is equipped to handle materials with a minimum width of 10 inches and a maximum width of 60 inches, with thicknesses ranging from 0.024 to 0.070 inches. It supports a substantial maximum coil weight of 30,000 lbs., accommodating coil inner diameters between 20 and 24 inches, and a maximum outer diameter of 72 inches. It can process sheet lengths up to 144 inches. The line includes essential components such as an uncoiler, peeler/pinch roll unit, and a Herr Voss leveler featuring a 4-high design with model 66/1.500-19/7-4HI RH, consisting of 19 work rolls, 7 backup flights, and 1.500" work roll diameter. The system is rounded off with a conveyor inspection table, measuring roll, shear, and a stacker that handles maximum lengths of 12 feet. This comprehensive setup ensures precise and reliable cutting operations. Additional features of this system include a PVC or paper interleaving system that applies interleaving to the top side of the material, and a pneumatic stacking system designed for creating tight sidewalls and consistent bundles. This complete cut-to-length line offers both durability and high performance for various industrial cutting needs.
