Suitable for the automatic de-burring / brushing of external
and internal spur and helical gears, straight and spiral bevel
gears, worm-gears, sprockets, and similar work-pieces up to
72" (1829mm) diameter and 16" (406.4mm) face-width
EQUIPMENT / FEATURES:
Machine main base of heavy duty welded steel construction
Directly driven rotating work-spindle and 36 (915mm) diameter work
table, with extension brackets for support of larger diameter work
Two (2) post assemblies with manually adjustable, rack & pinion
vertical positioning of grinding spindle carrier-arm height, for the
top and bottom of the work gear
Manual radial (horizontal) positioning of spindle post(s) via acme
screw and hand-wheel for different diameter work-pieces
Two (2) pneumatic motorized high-speed grinding spindles
(Type 8-20-2-109) manually adjustable for proper floating while
following the gear teeth to be de-burred.
Wheel-guards for grinding spindles
Automatic cycle, with pendant mounted operators control panel
