26" x 26" x 84" Stewart Bolling, 2-roll twin rubber mixing mill, 2-drilled front rolls

Stewart Bolling 26" x 26" x 84" twin rubber mill. Recently removed from a rubber manufacturing facility that closed in July of 2023. This mill was rebuilt by Stewart Bolling in 2016. Both front rolls are triple pass "drilled" rolls. Rear rolls are cored. Direct connected and unitized on a 4-piece keyed base with leveling pads. Lufkin T720B 83.5 to 1 reducer. WEG 300 hp 575VAC 1780 rpm motor and starter with dynamic braking. The Lufkin reducer is rated for 400HP. 1.08 friction ratio on both mills. Belly bar safeties on both mills. Akron standard overhead 84" mill blender. Operators control station. A drilled drive roll to replace the existing cored drive roll is also available for either side of this mill. Video of mill running available. Mill can be used as a single 84" left or right hand wrap around or inline design. There is a recent inspection report available to confirm this twin mill is in excellent mechanical condition.
