Description
Dover stainless steel 100 gallon jacketed kettle. Unit is rated for 100 PSI @ 338 degrees Fahrenheit, bowl measures 37" diameter x 32" deep, has 2-1/2" center bottom outlet with pneumatic valve. Unit has stainless steel perforated basket screen size 0.093 and steam control panel, mounted on legs. Unit manufactured new June 1990; National Board number 137960; Serial number 90083-1.
