Used 100 Gallon SS triple motion Vacuum sanitary Kettle. Internal rated 15 PSI at 287 F. Jacket rated 40 PSI at 287 F. Sweep scraper agitator with center mounted shaft through shaft high speed homogenizer. Vari-speed drive. Bolted dished top 1.5 in Center bottom outlet. SN 3676 NB 1588. Made in USA.
