Description
- One (1) used New Taizen De-inking Kneader Pulper Mixer
- Stainless steel contact parts
- (3) 14" ID x 72" long stainless steel horizontal chambers
- Each chamber driven by a 75 hp gear reduced drive
- Cyclo Drive has a 15:1 gear reduction (output rpm of 116 rpm)
- Top two chambers have a dewatering drain for removing liquid
- Each chamber starts with a heavy duty S/S screw conveyor - 36" long
- Chamber screw converts to heavy duty kneader - 36" long
- Kneader section has heavy duty knobs on shaft as well as the chamber walls
- Kneader section looks similar to a delumper
- Kneader has 1 1/8" x 4" x 4" intermeshing arms
- Each chamber has a 15" x 16" inlet
- Each chamber as a 14" x 10" outlet, with pneumatic gate
- There are no controls
- Overall dimensions: 5'10" wide x 14'6" long x 7'6" high
- Overall estimated weight: 23,000 lbs.
