Arpac ARBOT-1000 is a combination Robot Palletizer and Automatic Stretch Wrapper. The ARBOT-1000 is a single product 1IN/1OUT palletizer. Pallets are built and then stretch wrapped in parallel at two adjacent process positions. This combination system provides a compact. Product is delivered on a smart infeed conveyor. Product is released, counted, and shuttled to a datum position for the robot pick. Empty pallets are automatically delivered by a pallet dispenser to the ARBOT, which is reloaded by fork truck while the system is running. The finished product is palletized by an ARBOT Robotic Palletizer. A parallel gripper on a pneumatically powered rack and pinion support will pick the product from the conveyor. Finished pallets are Stretch Wrapped to secure them to the pallet. An extended tower (6-high product is taller than the standard 65) and a custom roping program is included. 18-High Extended Automatic Pallet Dispenser for 36x36.
