Automatic Pressurized Coolant Filtration System
using Filter Pump Pressure to Force Liquid through
the Filter Media Building a Cake of Filtered Out Material
Thus Increasing the Filters Ability to Catch Smaller and
Smaller Fines which Greatly Improves the Quality of the
Filtered Liquid (Coolant)

When the Pressure Differential Increases to 30-35 psig, the
Unit then Stops the Pump and the Filter Cake is Dried by
Air and the Filter Media is Advanced Automatically and the
Cleaning Cycle is Repeated

NOTE: Unit can use Continuos Filter Media Belt, Disposable Media
(Continuous Roll). Since the Media is on a Horizontal Surface it
Enables the use of Filter Aids like Diatomaceous Earth. Since
Cakes are Produced Trace Precious Materials can be Recovered
