After Guillotine cut of vener bundle, the edge is jointed with a Milling Router and glue is applied while bundle is pressed for subsequent splicing. Ideal for medium production. -- Veneer thickness 0.4 - 5 mm. -- Veneer Bundle Cutting capacity 3,00 x 1,250 x 38 mm high (depending on type of veneer) (126" x 49.2" x 1.5"). Min bundle length is 400 mm (15.75"). MIn bundle width 45 mm (1.11"). Max. opening is 80 mm (3.15"). 45 veneer blade angle. -- Max translation speed of Milling & Gluing operation: 38 Meters/min.
