Used 54" Wide Battenfeld Gloucester Co-Extrusion Sheet Extrusion Line, previously used for approximately 1200 lbs. per hour polypropylene sheet.
2006 Gloucester Engineering sheet line, ideal for extrusion and sheet production. Features a 6" vented extruder, control cabinet, and 3.5" co-extruder. Includes screen changers, NDC Gauge, die block, Slant stack, winders, and more
Line consists of the following:

6" Battenfeld Gloucester 30/1 L/D extruder driven by 500 hp AC motor with Yaskawa VFD control. New 2006. Extruder is equipped with 77" centerline height, 460 volt AC input, Contra Cool design including blower, 7" x 12" feed throat dimension with standard hopper and air actuated slide gate, and 16.07/1 gearbox ratio. Barrel is vented and plugged
6" Xaloy slide plate screen changer with hydraulic pump
30 hp LCI ES 90/90 melt pump with drive Includes spare 30HP motor.
EDI 3-layer Ultraflow Feedblock, ABA design
54" EDI Model H75 flex lip die with .000-.075 gap. Serial #09-28716.
3.5" American Kuhne 30/1 L/D co-extruder, new 2011. Has electrically heated air cooled barrel, 100 hp AC motor 460 volt AC input with Yaskawa VFD motor control and Koellmann 17.2/1 gearbox ratio. Extruder is mounted with 70" centerline height, includes Xaloy screen changer and melt pump. Barrel is vented and plugged
Downstream of the line includes a 56" x 18" x 24" inclined chill roll stack with polished chrome rolls, hydraulically loaded and includes individual roll drives. Includes 4-zone "Green Box" pumping package for primary roll cooling and secondary roll cooling. New 2016. Has a spare 24" OD matte finish roll for center position on stack.
Secondary roll package consists of 57" wide x 20" O.D. S-Wrap Battenfeld Gloucester cooling rolls mounted downstream from the primary rolls.
