Description
The 2015 Genesis/FANUC Dual Arcmate 100iC/12 is a dual-trunnion arc welding cell featuring two six-axis articulated robots. Each robot has a 12kg payload capacity, a horizontal reach of 1420mm, and a repeatability of ±0.08mm. The robots have a mass of 130kg and support floor, inverted, and angle mounting. Axis motion speeds for each unit are 230°/s for J1 and J3, 225°/s for J2, 430°/s for J4 and J5, and 630°/s for J6. The motion range includes J1 ±360°, J2 ±250°, J3 ±445°, J4 ±380°, J5 ±380°, and J6 ±720°. This system is designed for applications such as arc, MIG, MAG, TIG, and plasma welding. The cell is equipped with a Genesis dual trunnion fixture featuring a 96-inch length and 40-inch swing capacity. Control is managed via two FANUC R-30iB controllers and an Allen Bradley Panelview 1000 interface. Additional components include two FANUC color teach pendants, robot connection cables, two Lincoln Powerwave R500 welding power supplies, two Lincoln 4R220 wire feeders, and two welding torches. The entire system is housed within a full enclosure.
