Fritsch CTR / CRH Croissant dough compression, cutting and turning line. Fritsch CTR system designed for single row production of coiled products. Includes Fritsch Type Kalibrierkopf EL 88/700 UG-R Doughliner, rated for 100 800 kg per hour and dough thickness of 2 to 40 mm. System also includes Fritsch Model CRH cooling unit for unfilled and rustic products. Table width is 700 mm, net dough sheet width is 600 mm, maximum cross cutting capacity is 45 strokes per minute, maximum punching capacity is 40 strokes per minute, and punching/turning capacity is 20 strokes per minute.
