Used Flexicon 24" Dia. Filter Receiver with Fike Flameless Explosion Vent
For material separation in a pneumatic conveying system airstream with pulse-jet filter cleaning.
Contains a quantity of seven- spun bond polyester cartridge filters, top romoval.
Filtration Area: 145 square feet
Air Flow: 200CFM
Pressure Rating: 7.25PSI
Housing Dimensions: 24" X 89.5" tall (40" additional for filter removal)
Inlet: 6" flange
Outlet: 4" sleeve
Solids Discharge: 8" flange
Included components:
2 cu/ft capacity Type "R" receiving hopper for semi-free flowing powders with mounts.
Flameless explosion vent (14" flange connection).
Side-mounted inspection door & top filter access with davit lift assist.
NEMA 4 control enclosure with solenoid valves and filter timer control.
Unit will require 120V, 1PH, 60Hz AC power and 80PSI compressed air.
