Fitzpatrick Malaxator, mixer-extruder. 10" diameter X 6-1/2' long sanitary stainless barrel with split opening for cleaning. Model L-800, serial number 121. Last used on continuous mixing of bread dough in a crouton plant. Has capability of direct steam injection and liquid addition. Less main motor and screw feeder, mounted on polished stainless stand.
