18" Tall Sideguards W/UHMW Skirting
Includes Discharge Chute
Per Manufacturer Lit:
30" wide x 478" long 25° straight incline conveyor. Standard duty formed 3/16" mild steel frame, includes a metal free zone to accommodate an MD D 05 800 x 800.Conveyor includes a 10" diameter Vulcanized Drive Pulley with a 10" diameter end tail pulley with an infeed guard.
o 30" wide #53a 4-ply SBR belt with 2" tall beefy cleats on 24" centers, soft
splice finish

o (2) heavy duty supports for a 50" infeed and a 202” calculated discharge height

Heavy duty pit cover with supports to enclose conveyor infeed section in customer provided
pit (96" wide x 144" long x 50-5/8" deep). Features 6" channel iron construction for vertical
supports and cross beams, 1/2" thick x 8" wide base plates with mounting holes, and a 1/2"
thick top cover 96" wide x 144" long cut out to accommodate 48" wide conveyor.
