Description
1995 Bepex Solidaire Drying System. Model: SJS-8X4. Materials of construction include 304 L stainless steel. Jacket MAWP: 150 PSIG at 365F. Jacket MDMT: 70F at 150 PSIG. Features (2) Bailey Fischer Porter digital displays, Reliance Electric motor: hp, 1725 rpm, 208-230V, 60 Hz, 3 phase, and a Dodge Tigear speed reducer. The Solidaire Drying System uses a unique and patented high speed paddle rotor design for the injection of gas or liquid through the paddles into materials flowing in a spiral along its cylindrical wall and direct or indirect heat, or combinations thereof are used to treat various products. The Solidaire also handles products from free-flowing solid states, to wet cakes and slurries. Common applications include but are not limited to organic acids, herbicides, food mixes, starches, and wheat and soybean concentrates. Overall dimensions: 8 ft. L x 4 ft. 10 in. W x 7 ft. 3 in.
