Used Bay Plastics Machinery BP50 (2016) Extruder for Sale. This BP50 pelletizer has a cutting chamber measuring 50 mm wide by 120 mm deep and a 50 mm wide bed knife. Power comes from a 2 HP AC motor driven through an AC VFD with HTD belt, giving a speed range of 80-1000 RPM. The cutter carries 20 teeth with 4 edges and is set for 1/8″ pellet length. Feed rolls are 1-1/4″ diameter lower and 2-1/4″ diameter upper. Equipped with serpentine belt, eccentric adjustment and fixed adjustment. The machine can be seen under power for an inspection.
