New 75,000#/hr. Nebraska, 350psig D. P., Mobile, Trailer-Mounted Package Watertube Boilers, Model NOS-2A-67. Operating pressures: 125-335psig. The boilers are a 2-drum, bent tube type referred to as an "O" design, composed of a 36" I.D. steam drum and a 24" lower drum with 2" O.D. tubes. Each boiler has a total heating surface of 6,098 sq. ft., of which 833 sq. ft. are in the waterwalls. Built in accordance with ASME Code and bearing N.B. and H.S.B. stampings. The boilers are equipped with a TODD Variflame low NOx fully automatic burner for gas/#2-6 oil firing, forced draft fan with 100HP TEFC motor, 3/60/480V with starter, Fireye E100 Microprocessor flame monitor system IRI, FM, UL and NFPA approved, 1/60/120V control circuit transformer, Moore Microprocessor combination combustion and single element (convertible to three element) feedwater control system. The valve trim consists of: (1) 2-1/2" Electronic feedwater control system with 2-1/2" globe bypass valve, (1) 2-1/2" stop valve, (1) 2-1/2" check valve, (1) 1/2" feed control system drain valve, (1) Clark-Reliance LWCO and auxiliary LWCO with bypass, (1) Clark-Reliance water column assembly with high and low alarm, water gauge and valves, tri-cocks and drain valves, (1) 1" continuous blowdown control valve and stop valve, (1) 1" chemical feed valve, (1) 3/4" vent valve, (1) 2" and (1) 2-1/2" Consolidated safety valves, (2) 1-1/2" Edwards blowoff valves, (1) 8-1/2" Ashcroft steam gauge and (1) 4" auxiliary safety connection with blank-off flange, as well as miscellaneous valve trim, regulators, and controllers. Burner and controls are metal housed with an extended rainhood cover. (1) 8' high x 48" dia. stack with rectangular to round transition piece is included. All integrally mounted on a drop-deck, triple-axle trailer.
