Description
1-Nippon 22" x 22" x 66" two roll rubber or silicone mill. Direct connected and unitized on a two piece base. Each roll driven via parallel shaft Hansen reducers with separate 60HP variable speed DC motors and SCR's. 120HP total horsepower. This produces variable speed and friction up to 24 RPM on either the front or rear roll. Mill has "ANTI-FRICTION" roller bearings on both the front and rear roll journals. Front roll is triple pass "drilled" for best heating or cooling capability. Rear roll is cored. Front roll is adjusted via individual motorized roll adjusters. Hydraulic stock pusher and power unit. Manual tilting guides on water side. Automatic oil lubrication.
