Description
200 gallon Lee stainless steel jacketed steam kettle, approximately 48 in diameter x 22 in deep. Kettle features approximately 2/3 jacket coverage and a top bridge-mounted agitator driven by a 2 HP, 1710 RPM, 230/460 volt, 3-phase, 60 Hz motor. Internal agitation consists of multiple pitched mixing blades mounted on a vertical shaft. Unit includes a lid cover and center bottom discharge for product removal. Stainless steel construction with tri-leg support frame. Suitable for mixing, heating, cooking, and batch processing applications in food and other process industries.
