Description
Unused Alfa Laval Steritherm PHE Media Sterilizer System rated for 27,000 kg/h of liquid media (approx. 119 GPM). Designed for aseptic thermal treatment with a maximum sterilization temperature of 284F (140C) and pressure rating of 140 psi (10 bar). System includes plate heat exchanger, tube-in-tube cooler, 3-1/4" I.D. product holding tube, balance tank, control panel, and instrumentation. Features 1-1/2" tri-clamp sanitary utility connections, Alfa Laval sanitary pumps, and Siemens/Allen Bradley PLC control system with remote access. System includes Alfa Laval fabricated modules and full control package. Designed for 27,000 kg/h aseptic thermal processing. Test pressure 14.3 bar / 207 psi.
