Description
Pasteurizing system with a 30 Gallon, stainless steel, tank and heat exchange system. Vessel dimensions: 25½" diameter with a 17" straight wall, dome top and slant bottom. Equipped with a 7½ HP Ampco centrifugal pump, APV plate heat exchange and 2"ID x 500" long holding tube. System mounted on a stainless steel frame. Control panel with AB controller, touch screen HMI and chart recorder.
