Kettle, 10 gallon total capacity, includes (2) 5 gallon kettles, 12" diameter X 15" deep, mounted on cabinet, self contained, manufactured by Vulcan Hart, Model number DC-6, stainless steel construction, jacketed, rated for 50 PSI @ 298 deg. F, with manual tilt and pouring lips. Cabinet includes steam generator to heat jackets of kettles, electrically heated, 480 volt, 24 kW 15 PSI, 180 bs/hr. valve capacity. Serial# 39981-6P-3584, National Board number 18220, New in 1994. Appears to be in good condition.
