Used 10 gallon Befco twin motion kettle, 316 stainless steel construction, approximately 18" diameter, hemispherical bottom, open top with cover, bridge mounted twin motion agitator, anchor agitator with sidewall scrappers driven by 1 hp motor drive, inner opposing paddles driven by .5 hp motor drive, 230/460 volt motors, jacketed for 60 psi at 300 f, on legs, includes 6kw Sterlco temperature controller, Befco serial# B08-1109, national board# 203, built 2008.
