Description
Wexxar, Model TF385, Automatic, servo driven, hot melt glue tray former and sealer. Rated up to 25 trays per minute – depending on materials and application. Blank tray size range: 16" to 38" in Length x 13" to 51" in Width. Formed tray size range: 11" to 24" in Length x 10" to 32" in Width x 2.5" to 9.5" in Height. Equipped with 42" Long x 40" Wide x 18" High blank tray magazine with top tray stop, (4) suction cup reciprocating pick and place, bottom tray stop, mandrel ram with major flap plows and minor flap folders. Control panel has A/B PLC, with A/B Panel View and has interlock Lexan safety guarding, optional quick change adjustments and statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty frame.
