A immense performance nut shell filtration system for removing oil and suspended solids from produced and waste water.
The Wemco Silver Band filter is an easy-to-understand, high performance, down-flow nut shell filter. It can typically remove 98% of the suspended solids and insoluble hydrocarbons in most applications.
Cleaning is achieved by a pumped fluidization process that strips oil and contaminants from the media. This process eliminates the need for gas/oil scouring, surfactants, or high volumes of backwash water.
