Description
Rietz thermascrew blancher/cooker, 316 stainless steel trough and screw, direct steam injection. Unit is model TL-9-K2208 with 9" diameter x 8' long auger. Unit has (3) manifolds with (8) injection ports each on back of unit, trough size is 9" wide x 96" long x 11" deep, with 5" x 7" end bottom outlet. Screw is driven by 2 HP gearhead drive, Unit is mounted on mild steel stand, serial number T621349.
