Description
- One (1) used Super Sack Unloader with Rotary Valve
- Footprint: 53" wide x 47" deep
- Space between the two front legs: 41"
- Adjustable height for setting super sack
- Accommodates different bag heights
- Flexible rubber pad helps stop material bridging
- Equipped with front hinged door for removing discharge string
- Discharge: 12" diameter
- Discharges into a Prater rotary valve with gear reduced drive
- Valve is equipped with shallow vanes (see photo)
- Prater Model: PAV-8 S.C.I.
- 3/4 HP motor with gear reducer, 3 phase, 230/460V
- Equipped with spider for picking up bags and placing them on holder
- Equipped with vibratory motor attached to hopper
- Previous customer used a pneumatic blower to move product from airlock
- We have the 3" diameter pipe and discharge connection (see photo)
