Description
Colton automatic 35 station rotary tablet press. Rated up to 1500 tablets per minute – depending on size, shape, depth and product being run. Maximum pressure (above and below): 4 Tons. Maximum tablet diameter: 7/16". Maximum fill depth: 11/16". Punch Length: Upper 5-1/4" lower 5-1/4" Punch diameter upper 3/4" and lower 3/4". Die diameter: 0.945" Die depth: 7/8". Equipped with keyed uppers, dual stainless steel hoppers, brass feed frames and overfill device. Simultaneous top / bottom compression and automatic pressure release. Mounted on heavy duty base frame. Customer to supply tooling.
