It lists FM approval for Cl. I, Div. 2, GP. A, B, C, D, T4 and Cl. I, Zone 2, GP. IIC, T4, Type 4X/12 indoor only, ATEX II 3 D Ex tD A22 IP66 T70 C (KEMA 06ATEX 0266X), cULus Listed 3DA1 for industrial control equipment for hazardous locations, input DC 24V/0.8A max, and Ta 0 C to +50 C vertical. CE and N117 marks are printed on the plate.

The rear of the housing shows a DP/MPI/PPI terminal block, an RS422/485 terminal block, a 24V/0V power input terminal, and an IF 1B RS 422/485 port. A warning printed below the nameplate reads do not disconnect while circuit is live unless location is known to be nonhazardous.
