Sani-Matic, Model (2) tank, Stainless steel, CIP system. Equipped with (2) 30" OD x 48" High (125 gallon), stainless steel, single wall tanks, (1) for detergent, (1) for rinse and both have 17" ID top manways with flip up covers, flat tops with (1)" and (2) 2-1/2" sanitary top ports, slant bottoms with 3" OD side bottom discharges with 17" floor clearance 6-1/2" OD x 64" long stainless steel tube and shell heat exchanger with MAWP of 130 psi shell and 150 psi tube @ 375°F and MDMT of shell and tube -20°F @ 150 psi and has a flanged front port with (8) 3/8" bolt holes on 3-1/4" centers, stainless steel piping with sanitary couplings flow and pressure control valves, side mounted centrifugal pump with 2" OD top and 3-1/4" OD front product ports. A/B PLC with touch pad. Mounted on (8) leg stainless steel frame.
