Description

The Revolution Machine Tools™ S-SMART™ C 18-24 are suitable for 90° cuts with a large number of cuts. The cutting capacity of this machine is 18” x 24” in 90° flat cuttings and Ø18” in round material. After the desired quantity and length are adjusted, the machine automatically cuts itself in the desired quantity and length. In these machines, progress is made by programming on the digital ruler by making 10 different programs. After the material cutting is finished, the upper body automatically rises to the cutting height and the cutting is repeated as many as the entered number.

The S-SMART™ C 18-24 Bandsaw comes standard equipped with a NC control panel, blade brush, hydraulic vise, hydraulic feeding vise, split vise, security switch, height adjustment switch, material length stop, Siti heavy duty gearbox, infinite variable speed inverter, sensitive pressure control, hydromechanical blade tension, coolant pump, linear guide rails, proximity switch for sensing blade slippage, and 230V or 440V 3 phase power.

Buyers have the option to add any of these additional features to their S-SMART™ C 18-24 Bandsaw as well: Hydraulic blade tension, hydraulic top clamping, DropsA air/oil clean lubrication system, micromist cooling, 10ft roller table with the option to make the table motorized, and single phase – 220V 1 phase power.
