PolyPack, Model PH 24, automatic, intermittent motion, stainless steel, shrink bundler and heat tunnel. Rated from 5 to 25 bundles per minute – depending on materials and application. Maximum bundle size: 18" in Length; 10" in Height; 20" in Width. Equipped with 12" wide x 77" long right angle product in feed conveyor with pneumatic pusher assembly, 24" wide Teflon coated hot knife seal bar, top hold down and easy access dual film roll carriage with 24" wide,14" OD and 2 ML maximum clear polyethylene film on 3" core. Single zone shrink tunnel with 14" High x 27" wide aperture x 40" Long heat chamber and product conveyor running thru tunnel. Control panel with touch screen HMI and statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame with casters and leveling legs.
