Poly Pack, Model Clearprint 32L Series, Shrink wrapper with print registration, produces bullseye wraps using either clear, random printed or print registered film, with speeds up to 60 wraps per minute in single lane and 120 in wraps dual lane. Maximum bundle size: 21" Length; 28" Width; 14" in Height. Equipped with 28" wide x 220" long hand load lugged product in feed conveyor set on 16" centers. Side mounted carriage film roll with 30" width and 20" OD on 3" OD core.
Shrink tunnel has 16" high x 38" wide aperture x 100" long chamber with 30" wide x 160" long belt thru tunnel with (3) enclosed top mounted fans and (1) bottom discharge cooling fan. Control Panel has PLC controller with touch screen HMI has shrink wrap start and stop with tunnel start, reset, stop push buttons and infeed / outfeed zone controllers with e-stop, vari-speed controllers and statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty frame and has interlock safety door guarding with safety switches.
