Omega Model 6D-RVP-11, automatic, floor level, rotary, vacuum pocket, bulk bottle unscrambler and orientator rated from 50 to 250 containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Container size range: 8oz to 1 gallon and capable of handling round, square, oval and f-style containers with proper change parts. Equipped with 95" long x 64" wide x 28" deep live bottom bulk bottle feed hopper, with 108" long x 20-1/2" wide incline cleated belt feeder with 4" high cleats on 12" centers, and 100" discharge height, 72" diameter low level sorting disc, with bottle level sensor to 28" OD rotary plate with 10-head vacuum bottle pick off stations, that orientates containers upright to 144" long x 4-1/2" wide product discharge conveyor with 36" long x 2" wide container side belt stabilizer. Remote control panel has A/B controller, with touch pad controller with readout and elevator, hopper, conveyor,side belt and pre-orientator counters, on board control panel with pre-orientator forward, retract, center, overload up / down and start, stop,reset, e-stop push button controls with bottle lift manual, auto, off switchpush button controls, integrated vacuum pump and interlock safety guarding. Mounted on base frame with height adjustable legs.
