Description

Nordson EX-007 industrial hot melt adhesive extruder, Part Number 6096909.

This unit is designed to melt and deliver adhesive on demand. The original Nordson application documentation specified the EX-007 for a production application using Henkel PA2192B polyamide hot melt adhesive at an application temperature of 410–464°F.

The EX-007 is rated in the original application documentation for approximately 7 kg/hr maximum melt/delivery capacity. The application itself required approximately 3.7 kg/hr.

Important: This listing is for ONE (1) Nordson EX-007 extruder only. Guns, hoses, applicators, cooling system/chiller, and other accessories are not included.

The EX-007 requires an external chiller or water supply capable of maintaining approximately 20°C at the extruder chilling collar. The original system was supplied without a cooling device.
