Marco Fluid Tech #UP10-XA, heavy-duty gear pump, 3/8" BSP, 101.5 PSI, 12V

The Marco Fluid Tech UP10-XA is a self-priming heavy duty gear pump designed for high-pressure transfer and spraying of aggressive liquids, including weed killers, chemical solutions, acid and alkaline solutions, and battery acid solutions. The pump body, shaft, and hose connections are constructed from AISI 316 stainless steel, with PTFE helical gears and FKM (Viton) seals providing resistance to a wide range of corrosive fluids. Part number 164 403 12 (also referenced as 16440312) is the 12V DC version rated at 11 amps, with a 25-amp fuse recommendation. Rated maximum pressure is 7 bar (101.5 psi), with a flow rate of 18 liters per minute (4.8 GPM) and a self-priming height of 3 meters (9.8 feet). Motor output is 360 watts. Port connections are 3/8 inch BSP, with 13mm hose barb fittings included. The unit carries an IP67 environmental rating and includes an in-line strainer filter on the inlet side. EMI filter is integrated; PWM (pulse-width modulation) speed control is not compatible with this pump. The pump is manufactured in Italy and weighs approximately 4.1 kg.
