Description
Langen Model B1, semi-automatic, horizontal, continuous motion, hot melt glue cartoner. Rated from 20 to 60 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Carton size range: 1-3/4 to 12" in Length x 1/2" to 6" in Width x 3-3/4" to 14" in Depth. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable, set on 18" centers, with 96" long blank carton magazine, (2) head rotary pic-n-place, 72" long operator hand load area, Nordson hot melt glue system, 18" compression section. Control panel has PLC controller with start, stop, jog, run, reset and e-stop push button controls. Mounted on heavy duty frame with cage style safety guarding and casters with leveling legs.
