KOMO VR 510 MACH ONE CNC Router with ATC and Boring 60" x 120" Moving table, Heavy Duty fixed bridge machine, front-to-back configuration.2" Thick solid cast aluminum table machined with a single vacuum zone, (3) pop-up pins for material location. -- Machining:(1) 12 HP "BT-30" Type ATC spindle, variable spindle speed from 6,000 - 18,000 RPM, (1) 8-station ATC tool carousel. -- Boring:(1) Boring Block with (6) Independent vertical spindles & (1+1) horizontal spindle in X-axis & (1+1) horizontal spindle in Y-axis -- All axes:Ride on THK linear guide ways, closed-loop AC Servo motors drive precision preloaded ball screws for positioning tolerances of 0.001" & 1,200 IPM rapid traverse rates. - Automatic lubrication system to service all ball screw & way bearings. -- GE/FANUC "210 I" Control:WINDOWS PC Front end, 10.4" high resolution color CRT, (3) axes simultaneous control, linear & circular interpolation, network compatible, RS-232 port, and handheld controller. -- Complete with:Background editing, self-diagnostics, high speed, high precision machining function, canned cycles, absolute & incremental programming, inch/metric capability, cutter & tool length compensation, and feed rate & spindle speed override.Note: There is "NO" Vacuum Pump Included.
