Description
The KM Key Machinery Gmbh MC1 vertical hammermill grinder is a 2018 model designed for a comprehensive range of material processing applications. This machine, also known as the MC mill, functions as a combined granulator mill and rotor impact mill, utilizing a vertical rotor shaft with flexibly mounted impact tools. Its functional design principle is a combination of impact crushing with an optionally forced passage through exchangeable grids. The machine is engineered to perform shredding, down-sizing, cleaning, ball-shaping, disagglomeration, and selective crushing. It handles input materials such as WEEE scrap, automotive shredder residue (ASR), minerals, and other brittle fracturing materials, with the maximum particle size limited by the inlet geometry.
