IBERPRESSE PRA-1-1423 Veneer Membrane press Platen dimensions of 55" x 90" (1,400 x 2,300 mm); bottom platen, same size top platen with a 47" x 82" (1,200 x 2,100 mm) reset for membrane. -- Infeed: Right-to-left through feed, flat power (indexed for charging a load) conveyor, 96" L x 55" W. -- Outfeed: Gravity roller conveyor, 114" L x 55" W. -- Flame cut steel plate frames, (4) with weld-free mechanical assembly for distortion-free operation, 8" (200 mm) daylight opening, (6) 8" dia. downstroke hydraulic cylinders, 300 tons total pressure, 110 PSI specific pressure. -- Flexible membrane on top platen with heated air mounted to upper and bottom platen for lamination of veneer to pre-shaped workpieces, solid steel platen bored for electrical strip heaters inserted from the side for easy maintenance. -- Platen heats pressurized air in membrane; 74 kW power consumption; operator control panel mounted on press frame. -- Press cycle is approx.
