Description
Hydrauflaker frozen block flaker, driven by 10 HP, 1170 rpm, 230/460 V motor. Stainless steel construction. Rotating cutting drum measures 13 diameter x 27 long, features (8) cutting blades each measure 6 x 2. Can accommodate maximum block size of 28 wide x 12 high. Designed for flaking frozen or hard blocks of meat, poultry, fish, cheese, chocolate, and fruit.
