Description
Hartness Model CM/HTW 50-600, Automatic, continous motion, servo, wrap-around case packer rated from up to 60 cycles per minute with number of product and cases – depending on materials and application. Product and case size range depending on project and proper change parts. Equipped with 6" wide x 100" long product in feed conveyor, 36" wide x 144" long laner conveyor, 35" wide x 148" long extended automatic blank case magazine, with bottom up blank case feed conveyor, product collation section with single load bar, servo drives controlled by a multi-axle system and (4) chains adjustable system with electro magnetic clutches used to adjust length. (6) head Nordson hot melt glue system, flap closers and wrap over case station. Remote control panel has A/B PLC and on board A/B touch screen HMI controller with e-stop, Seko gauges interlock safety guarding doors, M4000 light safety curtain and status light bar. Mounted on heavy duty frame.
