Description
Hartness Case Packer. Model: 100. S/N 1477 ECO322. For 6 oz to 1 liter bottles. Arrangements of 16 & 24 pack configurations are possible. Wooden, plastic and cardboard cartons/cases can be used either as full depth or half depth trays. Motor, 2 hp, 1170 rpm, 230/460 V, 6.0/3.0 amps, 60 Hz, 3 phase. Variable Speed Drive, 460-2230 rpm (input), 9.1-43 rpm (output), 2260 in-lbs torque. The Hartness 100 Case Packer is a very efficient, high speed, ultra simple and fully automatic packing machine. It is designed to collate bottles on a conveyor line system while staging an empty case directly underneath the bottles and then automatically dropping the bottles into the case. This packer has a number of unique features which makes it very easy to operate. Inlets/outlets: (2) 6 in. W stainless steel belts that divide into (4) 3-1/2 in. W product sections. Overall dimensions: 12 ft. 4 in. L x 60 in. W x 71 in. H. (XMR13)
