Hartness International, Model 825, Automatic, intermittent motion, ascending, drop case packer rated from 10 to 30 cases per minute and number of product – depending on materials, application and pack pattern. Case size range: 6" to 24" in Length; 6" to 15-1/2" in Width; 1-1/2" to 19" in Height and is capable of handling a wide variety of glass, plastic and cans, as well as small, medium and large containers of different sizes and shapes with a size range from 2 ounces to 2-1/2 gallons (all with proper change parts). Equipped with 156" long x 16" wide top plastic delron product in feed conveyor with lane dividers and container aline station to ascending soft drop product pack grid (change part per application). Dual bottom 156" long x 4" wide delron case conveyors with lugged case feed conveyor and 64" x 4" dual delron discharge case conveyors. Control panel has CPU controller with reset and e-stop buttons. Mounted on heavy duty frame with interlock safety guarding and statis light bar.
