Description
Used Zaccaria SOZ-1 vibrating separator, commonly called a “Sururuca,” for separating grains and dry granular products by density. This machine is designed to help separate heavier, higher-density grains from lighter, lower-density grains.
This unit is well-suited for rice processing, seed cleaning, grain cleaning, specialty crop cleaning, small-scale food processing, and R&D use. Previously utilized in a food-grade, FDA GMP-certified, gluten-free facility and stored indoors.
The SOZ-1 uses a vibrating platter/deck and density separation principle. Product is fed through the hopper onto the platter, where vibration and deck geometry help separate material by specific weight/density.
