GOTTSCHILD - CS 2001: Foil & Laminate TrimmerTrimming Machine for: Foil laminated 3D furniture components removing the entire overlapping PVC foil from the membrane pressed part. The machine is built to handle a continuous 3-Shift operation with: (7-1/2) Parts capacity per minute & approx. (3,400) parts per shift.Features -- Automatically recognizes the size & thickness of the part being trimmed; this feature allows you can randomly feed parts of different size & thickness. -- Rectangular parts are measured by: Light sensors & pusher and will then be processed. The max. processing speed varies, depending on the quality of the edge bonding directly after the pressing cycle. -- Every movement of the individual NC-axis can be easily set up by the Operator.Operation -- The Machine operates with: (2) Parallel trimming heads that are mounted on stationary tool bridges. The longitudinal cut is: Processed in a through-feed operation by transporting the panel below the tool bridge on a transport belt. -- The front & rear crosscuts are carried out while the part is stationary with the cutting heads traveling back & forth at a "high rate of speed."
